I started doing maille about twenty
years ago, while living at a commune that was supposed to turn into a
permanent RenFaire. It didn't work out, but I kept going. I've turned
it into a side business - like most real artists, I have a day job :)

I'm
from Portland Oregon and I am rather non-traditional in my art. I do some
work in multi-media (both in sculpture and on canvas), but my real love is
for doing custom painted art furniture, and wooden yard art ( Wooden
cutouts brightly folk painted, usually in a cosmic theme, or figures like
semi- ethnic dancers in a rather rockart-ish abstract form, each is an
original, and no two are exactly alike unless they are going to the same
person).
